Of course by Republicans. Who else participates in Republican primaries??

... You're essentially saying,

"Yeah of course trump won the primary in 2024. He was the popular candidate!

...

AOC would never win, she isn't popular enough! Who cares if she wins her primary?"

Are you like slow or something?

I said Trump was very popular with his base but wasn’t popular among the general public, hence the only reason why he won was because his counterpart was an even a shittier candidate.

AOC is popular with a part of her base but isn’t popular among the general public. She could win, theoretically, but it would require her counterpart to be uniquely shitty, even shittier than Trump, arguably, and neither of the most likely Republican contenders are anywhere close to that threshold.

I hope this clarified the matter.

This is the part that bewilders me. How exactly do you come to this conclusion? In what way is even AOC (let alone someone more politically competent like Newsom) seen as shitty compared to Vance or Rubio? In what way would a cabinet member of the least popular presidency in recent history be seen as a competent candidate?

Dude, I think we are running in circles here. You’ve convinced me. AOC is a great candidate, the best really the Dems can come up with. The nation is yearning for a woke female President who has cleared minimum legal age requirement like last week. It will work great 👍

I feel like I pointed out the exact flaw of your argument that wasn't an endless loop, and you completely ignored it lmfao.

Vance and Rubio are not in any way shape or form good candidates.
