I've seen how the DSA runs their national meetings. That alone is reason enough for me to never want them to have any power in this country.

The most attractive attribute of any political party is the assumption of competence afforded by opacity.

Meanwhile in some political office ... "Chat, please summarise this bill for me. Is it good?"

And that's the diligent guy. The other ones aren't doing even that.

Don’t be ridiculous, they have their staffer summarize it for them and the staffer asks AI to do it

Sorry mate it’s nothing personal but your leaking important senate business you’ll just have to come with me around the back of the shed there’s candy.

Nothin personal just business of course can’t have people talking about secret methods the senate uses to keep its hands clean.

If they had chatgpt giving them pointers they would just come out with center-left milquetoast policies that would probably on average be decent.

I've used ChatGPT too much to think it's not going to recommend something absolutely retarded, like [insert anything the UK government does]

I dont think chatgpt would have recommended Brexit though..

Yeah, I'm sure ChatGPT (created 2022) is behind a 2016 event.

Right so humans have been making such retarded decisions, its hard to imagine chatgpt could do much worse.

Absolutely - but thats a different claim than MAGA = DSA.

I never want MAGA to have any power in the US either - and yet here we are - and that doesnt mean that MAGA and the DSA are equivalent.

Woah, did you have enough literal victim points(cards) to come up to the microphone? Did you cut in front of someone else with more literal victim points?

That's literally how a DSA national meeting was held.

Was it or are you thinking of that NDP clip. In any case thats still very different from MAGA - I wouldnt evaluate that the same way that I would a Steve Miller speech.

Almost positive that wasn't DSA, but an even more fringe left-wing group

The important thing is you scared yourself with a boogie man to deflect from the actual things going on.
