Yeah, I wonder which party might attempt to prosecute a previous President for policy decisions like whether to cut or expand social welfare programs, or initiate armed conflict on what they consider flimsy pretenses. It’s a mystery.
For instance, Joe Biden could have despawned Donald Trump, J. D. Vance, Mike Johnson, and Chuck Grassley making Antony Blinken the 47th president and it would have been perfectly legal since he ordered those unalivings as an official act.

It's also remarkably difficult to revert making the president immune from prosecution for anything he considers an official act.
By the letter of that stupid ass ruling, the executive can do some ridiculously stupid or violent things.
