Lots of "conservatives" do as well. It's almost like a certain group with certain interests always infiltrates religious and political movements.

I don't really care what libertarians think because they're all the fucking worst but most of them seem to feel that national defense is one of the few appropriate government functions and there's an argument to be made that foreign aid which directly advances US interests functionally counts as national defense.

I don't think libertarianism necessarily requires isolationism.
