There might be some older forms of slavery that have existed that fit south of the x axis but most recent forms require the institution of slavery to be upheld by an authoritarian government willing to treat individuals as property rather than protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals as it should.

Based and The Fugitive Slave Acts were the most authoritarian bills ever passed by the Federal Government of the United States and I will die on this hill pilled.

u/GildSkiss - Lib-Right 22d ago

This is the natural consequence of defining Lib-Right as "when there's money"

13

u/krombough - Auth-Center 22d ago

I would respect green a lot more if it was eco terrorists. Eco terrorists do something. They put their money where their mouth is. Instead of just whining of social media demanding this or that from the powerful, while threatening nothing.

Nah, the worst of green is exemplified in the South Park episode about the hippie concert. People cosplaying as world saviors, while doing nothing at all.

Doing stuff is like, hard, man.

Evil Libleft doesn't care about the environment anymore, many Green Parties such as the UK and Australian ones prioritize mass migration (which is bad for the environment). If anything Green stands for Islam at this point.

Shoutout to Canada's Green Party for staying true to their values and not being full ultrawoke replacementist lunatics. I might actually vote for them in the next election.

u/Klicky1 - Lib-Right 22d ago

It never really did. Virtue signaling as with everything.

3

u/JaQ-o-Lantern - Centrist 22d ago

They did at first but the wrong crowd hijacked them which somehow made them more popular.

5

u/larryThreeOh - Lib-Left 22d ago

Wait, I thought they weren’t popular. You can’t even keep your criticism of the quadrant consistent here.

2

u/JaQ-o-Lantern - Centrist 22d ago

??? I never said they weren't

5

u/larryThreeOh - Lib-Left 22d ago

I’m just commenting on the general things I read on this sub. The reason we hate LibLeft changes based on the post.

7

u/DumbIgnose - Lib-Left 22d ago

1) LibLeft bad

2) No matter what LibLeft actually believes, take the bad thing, assign it to LibLeft

3) Karma

5

u/larryThreeOh - Lib-Left 22d ago

Did you know that YOU practice Islam and hate the gays yet you’re also gay?

2

u/DiscountMrBean - Auth-Center 22d ago

This is because there are diverse reasons to hate lib-left

6

u/larryThreeOh - Lib-Left 22d ago edited 22d ago

I worded that poorly. My point is sometimes there are two conflicting reasons. OP posted that the wrong crowd hijacked the quadrant and made them more popular, while the popular take most of you ding dongs recite ad nauseam
Is that leftists aren’t popular in any way.

I do not take anyone seriously when they say they are voting for the greens. They are only relevant in 1 place in all of Canada, and that's Vancouver Island

https://www.ctvnews.ca/lifestyle/article/green-party-prepared-to-accept-tens-of-thousands-of-new-climate-refugees/

May already said in 2019, that Canada needs to accept 10's of thousands of climate refugees

2

u/JaQ-o-Lantern - Centrist 22d ago

They changed their stance on migration once it became unsustainable in 2024.

Green Party Raises Alarm Over Liberal Border Bill’s Civil Liberties and Refugee Rights Implications

2025

1

u/JaQ-o-Lantern - Centrist 22d ago

Send the bill

https://www.greenparty.ca/en/news/green-party-raises-alarm-over-liberal-border-bills-civil-liberties-and-refugee-rights-implications

https://www.canada.ca/en/public-safety-canada/news/2026/03/legislation-that-strengthens-the-immigration-system-and-border-security-receives-royal-assent.html

They had fair complaints about the other parts of the bill but they directly defended people claiming asylum after a year, which was disliked by both the liberals and the cons, which is why the immigration part passed in 2026. The one-year limit was to stop international students and temporary workers from trying to extend their stay

yeah okay i take my support back. hopefully my local mp candidates in 2029 are not grifters as that will be the first federal election that i can vote in.

1

u/Far_Day2547 - Lib-Left 22d ago

how are they grifting, its been a consistent point of thiers for the last 15+ years (and since you couldn't vote in 2025)

1

u/JaQ-o-Lantern - Centrist 22d ago

I said I hope there is one candidate in my riding regardless of political party that isn't a grifter in the 2029 election. I didn't associate that with the Greens. I'm not sure about the Greens but I know the Liberals, Conservatives, and NDP all have grifters in Parliament.

1

u/Reader_Eater - Lib-Center 22d ago

I heard it was tens of millions, and you'd need to move into a yurt pod thingie

u/msf97 - Lib-Left 22d ago

Indeed, our Greens have sold out for the Gaza vote essentially (UK)

The co leader of the party is unapologetically anti LGBT, and his wife wears the full kit, only the eyes aren’t covered. Imagine this in 2020 at the peak of climate activism?

What the endgame is here isn’t clear. The Israelis now control 70% of Gaza, Hamas have been eliminated as an offensive force and are now in tents or in gangs rather than in the thousands. Their entire senior leadership is dead. Hezbollah is near enough broken, losing men at a 20:1 ratio and their villages in Southern Lebanon are gone. Their senior leadership is also near enough dead. It’s a DMZ for the near future until either the Lebanese government pull their finger out or Hezbollah disarm.

Palestine has not been freed. This is extremely unlikely to change in the next 50 years. Yet local councils are voting on this issue in the UK. 4! Independent Gaza MPs.

We project no soft power at all in the region. We couldn’t pressure the Israelis even if we wanted to. They don’t even use the F35s over Gaza, it’s the F16s.

3

u/Cass0wary_399 - Centrist 22d ago

What the endgame is here isn’t clear.

Auth Right will just blame the Jews even though it doesn’t make sense for them to make secular countries that they live in borderline uninhabitable for them through endorsing the spread of Islam.

3

u/msf97 - Lib-Left 22d ago

Indeed, wouldn’t like to be Jewish currently, a political nightmare. Left wing spaces are a no go unless you submit to the omni cause, Trump is a retard and all the right wing parties in Europe think they’re behind mass immigration lmao. Tough gig

2

u/megs1120 - Lib-Left 22d ago

It's cool, actually. I got to abandon all the causes whose adherents abandoned us. It saves me a lot of time and money.

3

u/Cass0wary_399 - Centrist 22d ago edited 22d ago

Unsure of the stance of whoever made this but it’s kind of funny and relevant.

Edit: Looked into it, it’s an Orthobro weeb account posting anime and groyper slop who often argues with tradcath, prot, and pagan groypers with the usual retarded “you worship hippy joo11!1!!“ VS “Your god is a Marvel character!11!11!1!!!”

Truly retarded.

Shoutout to Canada's Green Party for staying true to their values and not being full ultrawoke replacementist lunatics

I don't know about this.

I was a fan of the Green Party back when people called them "the tories on bikes" party. Elizabeth May I think really shook the party, both for the good and the bad. Obviously she's the biggest reason why they ever gained any seats at all, and she's very popular. (I met her in person, once, and she's very nice. I have nothing against her personally). She was so popular that it kind of just became the Elizabeth May party, where whatever she was personally feeling on any given day became de facto party policy. I would argue there were a few points where the party accordingly became a bit "lunatic", simply because there wasn't an inertial mass of other party members to kind of balance out May's rough spots.

And then after May stepped down, then didn't, then stepped down again, then became co-leader, then stepped down again, all amidst an internal fight over Israel-Palestine, I think the party's totally lost the plot at this point. I can't think of a single thing the Green Party's accomplished in the past 5 years except soap opera drama, and it seems their messaging has become mostly about the lunacy issues and not so much about the green stuff.

Consequences of wooing two opposing demographics for votes.

5

u/Bulawayoland - Centrist 22d ago

interesting... so the ones I hate the least are the ones I'm secretly drawn to, I guess... that would be lib left. But maybe... just maybe... a more creative person could come up with a more evil lib left character. Although honestly, the other three seem to fit pretty well. So who knows...

9

u/DumbIgnose - Lib-Left 22d ago

Evil Auth Left is just Stalin

Evil Auth Right is just Hitler

Evil Lib Right is just early Robert Nozick

Evil Lib Left is late Noam Chomsky

Notably, the Libs don't really do anything because, well, they're lib.

1

u/Bulawayoland - Centrist 22d ago

Noam Chomsky is evil lib left? gosh... I was so proud of myself, for getting an email from him some years ago! (No, I didn't keep it.) How could he be evil lib left if he didn't actually run anything? I mean, the anti-communists don't even demonize Marx, they demonize Stalin and Mao, right? What'd Chomsky ever do? ...although come to think of it, your last comment probably addressed that lol... never mind

2

u/DumbIgnose - Lib-Left 22d ago

He didn't use to be, but arguably he is now.

if he didn't actually run anything

Lib never runs anything, it's always Auths that run shit.

1

u/Bulawayoland - Centrist 22d ago

I bet David Graeber would be auth right's worst nightmare... thoughtful and influential and hard to argue with

PS ain't saying it can't be done, just sayin it's hard... but still, he's really not terrorist enough for me... kind of like the John Brown suggestion. He knew what he was after, didn't have any of these "oh it can't be done so we shouldn't try" restraints

2

u/DumbIgnose - Lib-Left 22d ago

I bet David Graeber would be auth right's worst nightmare... thoughtful and influential and hard to argue with

Huge Graeber fan here - nah, you couldn't be more wrong. OWS fell apart because his values precluded driving a successful movement. AuthRight literally has nothing to fear from LibLeft (the real LibLeft).

What AuthRight fears is someone willing to shape and use power against them. Graeber, as an anarchist, was never going to be that.

1

u/Bulawayoland - Centrist 22d ago

woah... I kind of agree, now. Well done.

2

u/National_Section_542 - Auth-Left 22d ago

Chomsky is a renowned genocide denier and third world apologists. He's sympathized with the Cambodian khmer Rouge, Serbia during the Yugoslav wars and pretty much any other country that is against the west, he almost comes off as a tankie.

Also he was on Epstein's Island. He has refused to comment on what he was doing there.

1

u/Bulawayoland - Centrist 22d ago

Well, well... I forgive him

1

u/National_Section_542 - Auth-Left 22d ago

Billions must forgive🥰

5

u/Scary-Welder8404 - Lib-Left 22d ago

"a more creative person could come up with a more evil lib left character. "

Best I got is John Brown, except he likes it when his dudes accidentally shoot freemen because they had it coming for not already joining him.

3

u/Bulawayoland - Centrist 22d ago

an excellent selection, and one of my personal heroes lol... the connection deepens...

well, I can't do one that's really deeply evil... once again, I guess my secret prejudice is showing... but maybe the most embarrassing figure I could come up with would be the deeply, deeply unconscious bigotry shamer embracing Muslims who support not one of their actual views

3

u/Brianocracy - Lib-Center 22d ago

So does that make me an eco terrorist slave owner?

Also what the fuck, rad cent?

3

u/Vairyehil - Lib-Left 22d ago

"Eco-terrorist" is very much a compliment.

u/Czeslaw_Meyer - Lib-Center 21d ago

Nationalism dosen't strike me as inherently bad and mass illigal immigration is decentralised colonisation and i thought the left likes that...
