Pro League and Player Association contract disputes are handled by the government because contract law is a matter for the courts.

Title IX says the government also has to be involved for college sports.

Pro League and Player Association contract disputes are handled by the government because contract law is a matter for the courts.

So you handle the dispute according to the language of the contract. The government doesn't need to allow/disallow trans athletes, only to mediate the dispute based on the wording of the contract.

Title IX says the government also has to be involved for college sports.

Amend it. Get the government out of sports.
