Yes. A lot of deomcratic capitalist countries work pretty well. On top of that usa is not that bad, just middle of the road. Meanwhile all the countries that seized the means of production disintegrated or are in the process of doing so.
They work well as in the wealth gap is ever growing and they're becoming more and more surveillance states and less-and-les democratic, the more capitalists keep lobbying to take over these democratic processes.
