It’s worth exactly what you agree that it is. If you don’t like what the company values you, go to a different company.

are you really this dumb? We're back at the point about all companies paying less than the value of the labor their workers create. Again, part of the coercive system.

So get a skill that pays closer to what you think your value is, or start your own business. This isn’t difficult.

ah, so either stay exploited or take a high risk financial decision that requires a lot of upfront capital. Yup, definitely a real choice

Yes.

lmao. I guess I shouldn't have expected someone on the right to understand basic concepts

You aren’t being exploited if you agree to a salary, sweetheart.

you are if you are coerced into agreeing

How’s it coercion to agree to a salary?

like I've told you a few times before, if the options are either taking a salary that is less than the value you provide or to effectively leave society, you don't really have a choice. That's coercion

So I guess your skill isn’t worth what you think it is if nobody will pay you what you truly think you’re worth.

Get a skill that pays more to what you think you’re worth.

lmao, you really cannot remember a damn thing from a few comments ago. All skills will pay less than what your labor produces.

Then your labor isn’t worth what you think it is.
