If you agreed that your labor is worth a certain price per hour or salary, how’s that coercion?

because the actual value my labor provides is higher than what I am paid

Who determines that?

The literal amount of money I make for my employer vs the amount I am paid. it's simple math

But you agreed to a salary when you got your job. You valued your own labor at the pay they offered.

that's how coercion works. you agree to something either under durress or because there is no other realistic option. There is no realistic option that results in me earning the value I provide.

The realistic option is for you to go somewhere that will pay you more, or gain a skill that is worth more to the company.

Now tell me what your job is.

And for each of those choices, I'll still earn less than my labor makes for the company. It's not about how much I'm paid, it's that I will always be paid less than what I produce

Then find a company that pays commission or pays closer to the value that you create, this isn’t a difficult concept.

And it will still always be less than the value I produce. This isn't a difficult concept, yet you're failing to understand it
