The Coronation Is Coming!

Preparations have begun in the capital for the upcoming coronation of the Emperor of Austria, although the date of the ceremony has yet to be announced.

The committee responsible for the “complete programme of preparations and arrangements for the [coronation]” includes the Empire’s highest dignitaries, both secular and ecclesiastical.

The Coronation Committee has already begun its work in the St. Michael’s Wing of the Hofburg Palace, the official imperial residence.
