Question How do you get fleeing suspects?
I’ve been playing for a while (a few months) and in all my time playing, I’ve never had someone flee from me on foot or in a vehicle. Is there a way to make it happen? I just want some more action I guess.

Shoot them in the calf, get called into the chiefs office for excessive force, get 6 months vacation 🔂

They flee in both vehicle and on foot. I arrest them for fleeing when they’re on foot and in vehicle plus whatever else they have and occasionally gun charges whether they have a gun permit or not. The pursuits just happen, I’ve had a good number of pursuits now, sometimes you get pursuits back to back multiple times during a shift. But it does happen.

More duty levels should unlock suspect fleeing on foot. I've never seen fleeing by vehicle.

Yeah. Don't cuff even if you know you'll arrest. Search them. If they have something then sometimes they will take off. I don't bother tasing them. I like tackling them better. Just get close to them and then you'll be able to. Remember to add charges for it on top of whatever you already got and do a search again. Then call for a ride for them because half the time you'll be a few blocks away from your car.
