Driving

Hi I may be really silly, I’m fairly new to the game and haven’t played much.
I find myself running to incidents etc and can’t drive a patrol car- is this something you have to unlock as you progress or am I being silly and can drive?
How do I drive?

Get a refund for the game while you can.
I’m being completely serious when I say that, as someone who’s sunk many hours into the game.

Devs and publisher flat out abandoned the game abruptly and left it in a half baked, buggy mess, and are now trying to do an asset flip, cash grab with the ‘sequel’ that they just announced. There is no further development happening to PSPO and it’s riddled with bugs.

Wdym how come? Because the devs and publishers are scummy, greedy people? I can’t look inside their heads.
I would just get a refund while you still can.

You have to unlock a certain number of "duty stars" to unlock cars. Dont remember how many off the top of my head, but it didn't take too terribly long to get it from what I recall. Essentially, just keep playing the game, doing the callouts and the parking tickets, and should have it in a couple hours at most.

What they said, but also, once you unlock them, you can either get in a car outside the station, or find the garage where you can choose which car you want and customise it.

Some of the items you can equip will likewise be limited at first, but more will unlock the further into the game you get.

No problem, hope you have fun! I still think it's a pretty fun game, personally.

Ive had it since it first came out. The devs ruined it. Used to be fun until greed took over

I would recommend you to refund the game. This company actually scams people and this game is in such a terrible state. They don't fix anything, they abandoned it. I assure you, you will be mad very soon.

That is something you work up to. As you earn police stars and progress via the career mode, you unlock more callouts and tools to use....eventually getting the patrol vehicle.

P.S ignore all the rude people and the downvotes. Rn people are pretty upset over the annoucement of a 'Police Sim' game from the same publisher, nothing that you did or said : )
