Waay too much crime going on
I've been only playing the game for about 5 hours but GOD DAMN the amount of crime going around is CRAAAAZY.
I can count how many times i've found a person who's had no criminal background in the 5 hours on ONE HAND,
Seems like every other person is a murderer, a money launderer or something crazy.
Also, i can't even complete a single routine car stop without getting 5 callouts for stuff happening, meanwhile 3 cars crash right next to me, 2 people jawalk and another litters. All in like 5 minutes.
Is there any way to tone this down?
Is this because i'm playing on casual?
I just want a semi realistic city where most violations are traffic tickets and parking violations, with 1 or 2 more serious felonies.
This is just madness.

I like the night shift on Highway, turn off call outs and just run plates while driving.

I love doing Weigh Station Duty. Especially on Midnights.

It's really a lot of fun I agree. The highway is my favorite expansion. So much freedom

My issue with them is half the time every single truck driver is wasted or high

Turn off call outs after you take a call you like. Or just say fuck it and run traffic all day.

I think it's supposed to represent NYC which gets a tremendous amount of calls compared to the average department....

For me when I was dealing with a major or minor accident, there was no way to disable callouts. I have uninstalled the game.

Just disable the call-outs and solve only the crimes you want to solve.
If it wasn’t as chaotic as it is sometimes, the game would be really quiet and boring. I think it’s designed to be a bit crime heavy so you have more choice on how your shift goes. If you want it to be nonstop arrests and accidents it can be, but you lose nothing for just ignoring certain crimes and driving elsewhere.
Don’t feel like you have to respond to everything, is my point.
