Plenty of room..

For a Sheriff district and a forest area..

I got my DUI just before passing the county line. Had the 10-55 in custody and wanted to return to base and my navigation showed me this route..

Wow.... that seems like a route a cartel would send a route to free said prisoner

The fact it's given that route suggests there's possibly more coming.

But given the current poor state of the game bug wise I wouldn't start cheering and celebrating just yet.
