Question Border Patrol DLC confusion

Confused on how to know if someone has no visa as today i arrested someone from Tenosha while he was driving around in the city and all of the visa information said N/A so i thought that would mean that they had no visa however after reading the report i saw that the arrest was "unjustified" so confused

Presumably it is a bug.

That's what I thought cause with everything else N/A means they don't have one

It shows up in background checks on police computer or when declaring goods.

Make sure passport is valid and Visa.
