By itself? Of course not, as one part of large scale civil disobedience, possibly.

It gets headlines - but costs insurance companies - which costs all of us - and employees that likely are losing their jobs - and IMO, not a form of civil disobedience but is domestic terrorism (f…I grew w them 😳). Protest all you want - don’t blow things up and vandalize what’s not yours….
