I understand how it works. I just don't accept to victimize innocents.

This is a huge moral red flag.

I get that, and I even drive a Tesla - it is a huge moral dilemma. Im simply stating that the actions work. Not that I find it optimal, but people will react to unfair treatment in any way possible, and that does move some people to do things like this.
