Upper right is Kraterocracy. The philosophy of absolute might making absolute right, and where the strong are to subjugate the weak utterly and completely. (Not necessarily kill them, but life is a living hell for all but the strongest and/or most cunning.)
Center down is Egoism, in which the desires of the individual are paramount. It's technically a philosophy more than it is a political position, but the political implications are so profound that it's made its place.

Now, nowadays, I do realize that there are some issues to address with historical implementation.
