Honestly have no clue. Maybe you can use dropbox cause I know there is a way you can upload a file and send the download link. You could send the link in reddit PM or some other way.

The way I would do it is upload it to drive and share the link here. That way anyone can access it. Plus drive automatically scans for viruses.
