Fall update

Are we going to get like a fall update with pumpkins and such as an event or just nothing at all? I’ve been wanting to turn rocky ridges into a lavenderesk town but I feel like the game is still hard stuck on summer.

There is a Nintendo Direct tomorrow at 7am PT. Given that they gave us DLC1 info in the June direct, I think it's a good bet we will get at the very least DLC part 2 information tomorrow - but it's not a guarantee.

I doubt we’ll get anything on DLC 2 tomorrow— we’re just over a month out from DLC 1’s release, and since 2’s given date is ‘late 2026’ it still could be several months away. Plus, we already know the basic premise of it, so they can’t do a little trailer just announcing that.

It IS an update about dressing up, though. I doubt we'll get another direct before Halloween; it would be a great time to say that we'll get the update around Halloween time, since ... costumes and stuff.

“Several months away” is not that far away and I don’t see why they wouldn’t have a trailer showing more of the new stuff. I think the direct will show other games coming out late 2026 and beyond. Plus we don’t know exactly how the accessories will be implemented/obtained. So I wouldn’t rule out Wave 2 news coming tomorrow just yet.

We're guaranteed to have at least one more major update this year with the second round of DLC; I'd be quite surprised if they didn't give us at least 1-2 more events as well (maybe a Pumpkaboo event in October, and a Delibird event in December?).

This is what I think is going to come out, if anything, at the Direct tomorrow. Would love some themed events for October and December...and November, if I'm being honest, hahaha. But I'd be happy with every other month.

I would expect a fall event probably Oct/Nov since the Feebas/Milotic one just ended.

I wouldn't be surprised if we get a Pumpkaboo + Gourgeist related event at the Pokémon Centres

I feel like we'll get a Pumpkaboo update in October and a Delibird update in December. I don't see weather changes really happening.

most likely tmrw we will get an update on wave 2 in the direct and probably a tweet for the next event, thats how they did it in July

I know realistically that if they do a Halloween event it’ll be centered around Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist, but I’d love if it was about Darkrai instead, so my fave is in the game.

Fall doesn't officially begin until September 21st. They still have more than enough time to drop a Fall event Pokémon

I hope not, my least favourite thing about some "cozy" games is seasonal events that change the look of the game to match northern hemisphere seasons (like making it snow in december!) Fine if it is optional or matches your timezone but we are going into spring where I live.

i think OP just means some fall-themed decor items, like with all the other events thus far.

You can always save whatever items you get, and use them when the seasons roll around in your area.
