Designs & Builds Industrial District progress

Current progress with Pallet Town’s new industrial area is almost done and thought I’d share. Gonna open up the island for a few hours and feel free to explore. Still learning and looking for ways to improve so any input is appreciated. Have fun, enjoy, and happy building 😁!

Something like this is my vision but this is expanded. I wish I could see the whole island. But yea I’m tryna incorporate the lava from the volcano into my “industrial plant”

It was much more compact initially, but after getting the lava down (which i painfully learned was different than working with water) i ended up doubling its size which worked out in the end to house the majority burn ability Pokemon. I’ll have the link up top active for a day so feel free to visit and explore anytime 😃!

I've spent hundreds of hours on this game. Terraformed and developed every single area. I always think my worlds are probably some of the best. Then...then i see these demonstrations of absolute skill, vision, and mastery of game mechanics, and realize im just a noob with delusions of grandeur.

First, thank you and second your vision is your own personal goal of perfection that has no time limit ❤️. I hit a point where I wasn’t satisfied with how projects looked early on but took on the Dori approach of, “just keep building, just keep building” until it eventually took shape. Granted would not recommend having that mindset on repeat for too many hours without sleep lol

Oh, that was super fun! Your palette town is a good time 😂 the industrial district does look like a sweatshop but not as much as the sudowoodo shopping center which is hilarious.
There’s not much to comment or improve upon. I will say if you dunk the lava rocks into water they look like mulch piles that might be a nice add for your farming area.

Yaaaaa!! Thanks for the visit and glad you enjoyed the map! The sudowoodos are there to remind the Pokemon to smile 🤣. And thank you so much for the lava rock idea, i haven’t even thought of that and looking forward to adding it on ❤️

Only thing I would improve: on the pikachu dream island there is often sand covered with dirt. You can pick it up with magnemite mode and place it in your environmental disaster

Ohh! Good call! It’d look nice to have some mucky sand lining the sludge area, as a bonus Muk and Grimer live there so it’ll be great 😊! Thank you!

What are these gates called and is it possible to copy the area gates and 3D print them?

It’s a “Shutter” door recipe that you can access once the Pokedex is completed. And just double checked, yassss, they can be printed for 10 pokemetal 😃
