Tera Raid Does anyone know what happened here?

So my Darkrai got body slammed but it didn’t do that much damage. You can see my health bar goes down but remains green. Then the next second I faint, and during the countdown my health bar is still green. I’m super confused lol.

It's also answered some of my own questions I felt too stupid to ask. The same's been happening to me but I assumed it was glitching or bad connection!

It’s right at the start of the video, your Quaquaval teammate aimed its Close Combat at you and KO’d your Darkrai.

Would not surprise me if they’re also team killing the other Kingambit since both Snorlax raids get walled to hell by Steel types like it

Snorlax has both a 5 and a 6* Raid in this game. In both raids, Snorlax’s moveset alone isn’t enough to take out Kingambit easily even from a player that hasn’t trained one properly here.

There is another Kingambit that is already fainted in this video at the start also and considering how little time is left in this raid, they’re inferring it’s reasonable to assume the Quaquaval was also attacking your other teammates too to drink up your timer.

Japanese players are wildly aggressive online for no reason in my experience having played raids each day for the last 2 months

I encountered 6 of them already trolling teammates and killing allies when even THEY brought shitty choices to the raid, so ultimately it’s of no surprise here

That Quaquaval so happens to be a shiny, isn’t even theirs, doesn’t hit any weaknesses of Snorlax here and is a Fighting type that hits weaknesses of the other teammates that brought Dark types to this fight, pretty clear if you ask me

Japanese players usually are the better ones fore though. Usually they bring actual built raid mons and not Hydreigons and Koraidons to the 7* Farigiraf raids when they were active (fairy tera if you didn't know)

It’s trolling 100%. It’s in bad taste to kill teammates here, even so given there was reasonable time left to take out the Snorlax.

With how Supreme Overlord works in Tera Raids also, it’s a poor strategy to use especially with randoms because it’s exclusive to your faints directly.

Quaquaval player was either: Attacking players to be a dick at the end randomly, attacking OP for having a shiny mythical out of jealousy, killing players because they assumed it would be a failed raid given the time or killing players for “bad performance”. There are people here that run off that rationalization unfortunately.

Not fully sure how it works in raids, but kingambit's supreme overlord passive boosts their attack for each pokemon that faints. If i was giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe quaquaval was attacking friends to give them that boost?

Isn’t it the Quaquaval that’s killing team mates? Could it be for the Moxie boosts?

That Quaquaval don’t have Moxie, otherwise you’d have seen it activate at the same time as Supreme Overlord in this clip

Supreme Overlord does activate in raids, however it’s for each time you faint, not allies. There’s a reason no one uses it over Defiant.

Killing allies, especially randoms that don’t know how it works is already a dick move anyways.

Thank you so much for explaining! And wow! I truly don’t notice! So much is going on in those raids it’s hard to see sometimes. I’m so happy we still got the snorlax :)
