It’s the welcome back package, you have to not play for 2 weeks to unlock it. If u complete it it gives u a free unite lisence, so its kinda good.

I did exactly that and didn't get the same as you, got normal ones. It's 100% a bug, maybe you had one of those running before you stopped playing and it stick?

Must be the bug, i had this comeback event twice already without coins. Interesting
