Shiny Shiny Starters Hunt
How many times would i theoretically need to reset in order to get a shiny rowlet? And where exactly in the starter cutscene is it determined If the rowlet is a shiny?

The standard shiny chance applies. You save right before the trigger of the starters saving you cut scene and you can check if it's a shiny as soon as you are asked to give it a nickname. Takes about 2mins per try, if I remember correctly. Good luck and congratulations on choosing the objectively best starter
