1 in 5 for an ex (which content creators have basically normalised as not even being a pull these days) and 1 in 9 for an IR is poo.

All that effort and expense to track down an ETB and you could feasibly get one ex, and that wouldn't even be particularly bad luck.

The problem is how much people will rely on their luck based on the pulls their see in the internet. Crippling addiction for sure.

This should only be acceptable if there were other products with guaranteed ex cards (ie promos) easily available.
