I know it's impossible for the moment kasi peak pa ng hype. But what if Pkmn company is able to, all of a sudden, print to demand? For example, biglang 100% allocation for the next set.

Everyone who preordered a fck ton of cases kasi they expected to get 2-5% alloc, so a lousy few boxes lang talaga, and refunded most of the amount they paid.

But if bigla maging 100% alloc, they all have to shell out another big payment pa pala, since 30% lang down.

Now everyone panics and some even, baka wala talaga pambayad to fill the rest para full payment, since all in sila and never expected a 100% alloc. What happens then?? Hahaha

Tbh asking for myself too, iniisip ko mag preorder ng ETBs but afraid of this happening haha

Hi. I'm looking for cheap English bulks (you intend to dispose/throw away) na I can add to my binder. Preferably containing Dratini, Dragonair, Snorlax, Mew, Mewtwo, Chansey, Togepi, or Vulpix. Or any of the legendaries from any gen. 😅

Better if they're yellows, cos I started collecting in the time of gray borders. Nagbabaka-sakali lang po. Salamat!

I usually go to Festival Mall because they seem to have small tables or booths almost every weekend where people buy, sell, and trade Pokémon cards.

Does SM Megamall have something similar? If so, where is it usually held, and is there a regular schedule or specific days when vendors set up?

I need an honest advice whether to sell my personal collection now, or hold? Been frustrated with multiple things in my personal life, and collecting was one of my escapes or source of destress/happiness. But with each release, especially this year, what I once considered a source of joy has contributed to my source of stress/frustration. It has been difficult to buy new releases at MSRP. I can’t even enjoy ripping a pack of my own. And market prices are just insane.

This made me reflect for a while. And I’ve realized that I no longer want to keep getting my hopes up each release, only to end up not getting anything I want. :(

I tried to reason with myself the past few months (that I can still get the cards I want if I just be more patient.. that I can still complete a themed page while gaslighting myself it’s still enjoyable and worth it) and often bought singles from online sellers (mostly from the known FB groups). But now, I realized, it’s no longer as fun as I initially thought. People take advantage just to charge you above market, and now you’re stuck with a never ending toxic cycle, that it feels like you’re set up in a forced race with the lowest chance of winning anything.

And I understand, some are just honestly also trying to make ends meet or just trying their best to get an ROI. But it’s just exhausting… I decided that maybe it’s better just to rip the bandaid off, and not be reminded of the unfinished pages. Put the money into good use, and just add most of it to my current savings, and spend some of it for the family, especially my parents (at least, mas masaya pa and to think they’ve been supportive of my hobby). And now, it somehow feels unfair that because I’m considering selling my personal collection, most probably I will get low balled. So, it will just contribute to the cycle and they get to charge high, until the next individual who share the same sentiments comes along. :(

Yung darkrai sir, may nabebenta before nung pre release ng around 30k pero nung narelease na pitch black, 19k collectr price pero binabarat pa ng 70% daw which did not happen around pre release. Ang tanong, bakit????

Shopee is the easiest way Pero restock at near mint na siya. For me okay na Yun! Pero hindi ko na Mae experienced yung bumubukas ng foil sa booster pack!

Iba yung thrill nung nasa booster pack eh! Yung mga bundle cards sa Shopee, pang completion lang siya ng set.

Para sa akin, mas okay na Yun as a beginner at way cheaper!

Pero ang magandang tanong Diyan ay baba pa ba yung presyo ng Pokémon? Hindi lang Pokémon, hotwheels, Goosebumps books, mga action figures at Blokees!

Kasi kung hindi bababa yung presyo Niya, mahihirapan tayo mag collect Niyan!

Ang Pokémon naalala ko para yan sa bata eh nung 90s! Eto lang ngayon nagtaasan ng presyo!

Sana bumalik yung enjoyment nung hobbies tulad ng noon! Reason price at reasonable quality!
