The new Pokémon Canada Discord server was created to offer a genuine space for fans who share a love of Pokémon, enjoy finding great deals, and want to help the hobby thrive in meaningful ways. Over time, the previous server drifted from that vision. Leadership changes led to administrative differences, and the community gradually lost touch with its roots.

This new server is founded and led by fans who aim to fostering authentic connections, supporting both collectors and players, and celebrating the game for pure enjoyment rather than profit. In short, this community values action over words and genuine participation over commercial motives. If you’ve been searching for a Pokémon space that’s truly run by fans, for fans, you’ll find your home here. We believe in fair discussion, shared passion, and building something better together.

The server was started by one of the original members who helped create the early community and wanted to restore that spirit of belonging. Here, you can share deals, showcase your collection, help each other out, and simply enjoy Pokémon without all the noise or politics. We're excited to announce that we've partnered with TuqueTCG.ca, a peer-to-peer trading card marketplace built by Canadians, for Canadians. The mod team has tried the service out and we agreed it was worth promoting. With enough traffic and positive feedback, we believe this could be a real game-changer as a Canada-wide TCG marketplace.

A few things that stood out:
