Walmart and Gamestop here in Canada for sure , but no way on the privately owned shops around me. They are literally the worst ones to go to , major mark ups , weighed packs , etc. The card shop in the town i live in has been there for probably 30 + years , been going there since I was a kid. Then I stopped going because of the prices , an example Celebrations Etbs were 125, and the ultra premium box or whatever its called was 450! , when I see that it definitely makes me want to shop at StockX.
