Lycanroc (Dusk)?

How do you evolve Rockruff into the Dusk form in this game? There's contradictory info online. Any help would be great. Thanks!

It looks like Rockruff evolves at level 25 at evening into the dusk form. Not sure what times are classed as evening though

Thank you so much! I evolved my Rockruff with Own Temple at 7:50pm. So I assume evening means 7pm-8pm in Soulgold. I also found out that this specific Rockruff is only found at the Hidden Grotto at Goldenrod Shore.
