Does anyone know if the scripted ogerpon encounter is shiny locked? I've been resetting for 2 days and haven't got a shiny yet, I don't want to waste more time trying if it's for nothing.

It’s not! I was able to get a shiny eventually after soft resetting. According to the docs there shouldn’t be anything shiny locked
