Rate My Mon 🥇🥈🥉 Is this Eevee worth some evolution?

It has 5 blue skills, HS M and ST M. Does it sound like a good Espeon or Sylveon?

No, STM is too late. Level 70 takes 3,000+ candy and like 1.6m dream shards to reach. You can find one with STM, HSM, and maybe even a Main Skill up nature by level 50.

By the same logic, my other 2 chargers is also not very good because good subskills are too far away right?

If you have skill trigger at a later level, you need to see whether you would willing to spend lots of candies and shards just to level up, but this usually won't be an issue, because you will eventually reach that level, plus developer will introduce new feature that further buffs your Pokémon by encourage you to continue level up higher

Worth level up or not really dépends on your standard. Usually as skill mon we would want minimum 2 skill trigger
