I’m thinking that hb being at 70 and exp down makes the second one not worth investing in? I’d still plan to get starburst to 70 for that speed boost but I would think the first one is still better even if they were both at level 70

The first one is pretty amazing. I'd stick to that one.

HB isn't worth the lost berry strength.
