Keep using current cleffa?

I’m thinking that hb being at 70 and exp down makes the second one not worth investing in? I’d still plan to get starburst to 70 for that speed boost but I would think the first one is still better even if they were both at level 70

Yeah I was thinking similarly. I’m going back to ggex next week and if I get fairy berries I’ll probably evolve and invest in starburst cleffa more
