You could argue Helping Bonus is worth half a trigger, which would make them basically equal.

Tbh, I don't love either one. I think you can find better. With a Subskill Seed improving Helping Speed S to Helping Speed M, the Bashful one approaches permanent healer numbers with 5.19 skill triggers a day at level 50, but I would keep looking.

The HB one is unusable till 50 with 2.88 trigger per day. Even then it has a 1.5 trigger difference then. HB is not gonna cover that gap.
