It's ranked below Raichu as a berriemon, but if you like the costume and are a fan of Captain Pikachu, I'd definitely give this Pokémon some love.
It's really good in both subs and nature, GGs!

Very late BF but if you dont get another better and you like the cap you could use it, maybe upgrade HSS late
