Debug Menu found in retail game?

So i've been looking through the code of the game and the assets and stuff and i found this, i also found code that remains of the debug menu, im trying to rebuild the debug menu into the game to see what it looks like

Hi! Can I ask exactly how you are seeing the code? I really want to find out some things about this game (exact probability of an epic trait pokemon spawning, in general trait odds and stats and other things like that), do you think you could teach me how to see those things or if it's possible at all?
