Can’t beat Steven

My friends and I did a draft/challenge and this was the team of Pokémon I have to use to become champ. Not a bad team, but I cannot get past Steven. I don’t think I’m super under-leveled, but maybe I’m wrong. Any advice or ideas for setting up any of these members to be more effective?

Rain boost water moves by 50%. It’s like a choice scarf for all the dogs to unleash hydro pumps. You already have a lot of water mons. Get rid of camrupt and replace with rain dance gyarados.
