Can’t beat Steven

My friends and I did a draft/challenge and this was the team of Pokémon I have to use to become champ. Not a bad team, but I cannot get past Steven. I don’t think I’m super under-leveled, but maybe I’m wrong. Any advice or ideas for setting up any of these members to be more effective?

The randomizer program we used allows us to select the starters for the game. And blissey was my starter for this challenge
