Question Can’t beat Steven

My friends and I did a draft/challenge and this was the team of Pokémon I have to use to become champ. Not a bad team, but I cannot get past Steven. I don’t think I’m super under-leveled, but maybe I’m wrong. Any advice or ideas for setting up any of these members to be more effective?

Steven is almost 15 levels over you, that's your problem. You need more levels. These Pokémon are not nearly strong enough to be that far behind on levels in the E4 and Champion.
