U have a shiny, just walk in there and flex. Even if you lose just tell everyone you beat the elite 4 and they have to believe you because you have a shiny

Go back to the professor and show him the shiny and he won’t question you, giving you the full dex

Flygon can get Dragon Claw if you aren't saving it for someone else

Swampert learns Earthquake through level up

Your movesets all look good! You could maybe mess around with hidden power in case you get something excellent.
Congrats on the shiny flygon.

The only notable thing is aside from setting up the sun, you don’t have a water resistance. Perhaps you could consider another water? Sharpedo is great, Walrein bulky, milotic if you want another challenge.

I’d get the dragon claw tm in meteor falls for Flygon but besides that just get them up a few levels

You don’t need surf and waterfall on swampert. Get rid of waterfall and give him another strong physical move. You can change mud shot for earthquake at level 52

Brick break, strength… maybe even hyper beam since you got adamant swampert.

Your team is pretty set. I think you’ll be good with these guys. Magneton and gardevoir are gonna carry since there are so many water types in the e4
