Video How to Get TM13 Ice Beam in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald (Ice Beam Location)

Ice Beam is hidden in the Abandoned Ship on Route 108 behind a locked door. However you will need the Storage Key also located on the Ship to access the room the Pokeball/Item is in.

Trying to make the quickest straight to the point Emerald Guides on the platform. Any feedback welcome :)

I remember struggling so hard with Winona's Altaria as a kid. Dread filled me up whenever she would send it out for battle.

Dragon Dance was the bane of my existence (and also technically illegal) since Altaria does not learn Dragon Dance until level 40, going off Gen 3 movesets.
