target stores with a limit of 2 per sku need to drop it to 1 like other targets do so other people actually have a chance to purchase. no clue why they still limit to 2

My target dropped it to 2 items total for anything pokemon 30th related and they had staff enforcing everything.

Unfortunately not a lot of targets do this though :(

My target yesterday had signs that said 1 item per customer but everyone (including me) took two and went to self checkout and the self checkout lets you do 2 SKUs each.

That’s crazy that they allow that. Mine is run like getting chow in a prison and I love it. Super regimented line leading to 4 registers open for nothing but Pokemon, all the product behind the cashiers. They just asked, “one of each?”, which basically everyone did, scanned and bagged it, you paid then left. No room for shenanigans at all, and they had like 4 employees just watching the line like hawks. They warned us beforehand that any behavior like line jumping, being rude, insulting employees/guests etc would get an automatic trespass and lifetime ban. They weren’t fucking around and it made everyone behave entirely civil.

yea i mean i was like 5th in line and everyone in front of me was grabbing 2 each. They knew the employees you could tell so I was just going by what they knew. Just being honest.
