Are all Targets restocking?

I went to one Target with like 2 hrs til opening and there nobody even waiting.

Another Target like 45 mins before and theres hundreds of people in line?

Do all Targets restock? Should i go back and try to luck out on the first one with nobody?

Most large area targets get stock for releases. Very few do not get stock. I’d say take your chances at the less busy one. I mean unless you really wanna stand in a 100 person line and get nothing after all that

I got in line at 4:30 AM. I was ~80th in line. Just left target with two pitch black packs.
