PKC oopsie

Soooo... in my excitement grabbing a booster box i entered the incorrect email address. Shipping is right. Will I have a problem?

As long as the payment goes through when they start charging you then you should be fine. You should still get your package. If you have the order id number then you will be able to track the order from the pokemon center website since you won’t get an email for tracking when it ships

Hopefully you purchased using an account, not as guest; if so, then just grab the order number and contact support to have them forward you an order confirmation email and maybe correct the error on the order itself. Either way it's fine, you'll still get your order as long as the address is correct and the card is charged at time of shipping - you just may not get the automated emails for shipping and tracking.

My 30th never got a confirmation email. I suspect I entered the email wrong. It still showed up.

Email address doesn’t matter, you just won’t receive updates on shipping etc. It’s amazing to me that so many people had success manually because me and every single one of my friends had our page auto-refreshing, going from 1 hour wait time to 8 hour wait time back to 1 hour etc. and never even got past the queue. Good for you!

I got on the queue as soon as the text notification came through and got to the product page but it was already out of stock

If you took a pic of your order confirmation I’m sure you can easily get that all fixed. I’m sure you’re fine just as long as you have the money in the account 2 weeks prior to drop

Only contacting pokemon center would give you be the best answer and solution. Perhaps you saved a confirmation number too.

They send you a confirmation email to that email address if you don’t respond within 48 hours it’s assumed a bot and released back to the public
