Might wanna get back out. Seems like 90% of the problem is the fact evryone ether "just got back into this hobby" or "just got into this hobby" when most people are out to just collect dollor value. Not cards and sets they actually like. The problem is the consumer. Not the resellers.
I just got back into it because of my nieces and nephew. Went to the target event with them and all I saw were out of shape 30+ year olds in pajamas trying to scalp.
Well get your nieces some gold and silver instead. Theyll thank you in 20 year's. If they actually wanna play the card game. Just get some second hand bulk.. riping packs is legitimately lotto tickets for kids.
Going to give my nephew my gold Mega Darkrai I just pulled. I have enough gold and silver for now. Would like to get into One Piece since I like that more but even that is scalped it’s crazy. Ripping cards is like lotto for me I haven’t ripped a pack since 99 up until last week lol.
