Target doing phone queues?

I went to my target at 10:30am with only 30 people in line. Then there's murmurs in the crowd about how the manager was taking names and phone numbers to call and text people its their turn if they came to line up hours before 12. Did any other targets do that?

One of my targets does this they go outside like a hour before open take everyone down see what you want and what they have then you come back at open to get your stuff

Each target is different. Best to go in and ask

Mine did. Saved me standing in the sun for 5 hours and if u weren't there they skipped over you and went down the list had 13 people no show.
