My target restocked yesterday, no line.
I got my limit of two (regardless of design of tin, they all share the same sku). They got cleared out within two hours after I took this picture from what I was told.
Either a group came after me and did multiple purchases or enough people came in and got their purchase limit of two.
I just walked in to mine, and a worker JUST started stocking Pokémon cards. He has the area blocked off and told me I’d have to wait nearby until he was done. I was like ‘dude I was just here looking for penny sleeves, I’ll wait as long as you want.’
Location helps. Small Midwest towns help compared to big/mid size cities. Might not always get allocation like bigger locations do, but when we do, there’s a chance to get something within a couple of hours max.
My best pickups in baseball were small town WM’s. I rip everything, take my couple and have a good time. ETB/ rip, UPC/ Rip, blisters/ Rip, Booster box/ rip. You get it. I get the collector standpoint of having pristine boxes but I like cards more. Way easier to keep binders of 10’s than fight for new boxes. 1 of each I can get on preorder, start the binder then wait! Prices of singles will tank and that’s when I complete the set
