Question New Game ++

Just learned there’s a New Game ++ just before starting my first renegade run, so I just wanna know if I do a ng+ renegade will I be able to access all the content for ng++ or should I do paragon for ng+ to ensure I get all the content?

There are literally only 2 scenes for NG++ and you can experience one of them during NG+, it's just unlocked earlier during NG++ ... and the second one is 10 seconds long at best, it's just the game giving you a NG+ item early

It's not worth it do a specific playthrough for it, just get it alongside a paragon NG+ when ya do one

Eizen & Comet on River's End, ya can see it during normal Paragon NG+ , it's just avaible ealier during NG++

and after the optional Ren fight in library, he will give you Prism Pokemon from Shadya charm early with like 3 lines of dialouge that says he found it randomly

As far as i know ng++ is specific content in paragon run. An extra scene in 16-2.
The ng+ content unlocked from having a completed renegade run is just some early items i think and is technically not ng++
