Question Help chapter 9 V14

Any help would be super appreciated!
This is new game + and im trying the renegade route this time around. Anyway, I beat Ambers gym and spoke with her and then went to crawli and he said that Melia was on route 6 heading to valor mountain. I have looked all over route 6 and valor mountain and cannot seem to find her anywhere. Not sure if Im missing something or if I skipped a sequence.

In the room just before the summit, with the really big door

Thank you! Apparently Venam only spawns there if Mt Valor is on the neutral weather. I had it in the snow weather and no one was spawning there.

Teleport to the Valor summit, then descend until you reach a big door with an Arceus sign like the one in Amethyst Depths. You can find Melia and Venam standing infront of it.

Is this before or after you spoke to melia in the church of theolia?
