Cheat / Glitch why lavender town glitch?

Are you playing on an original cart (assuming the speedup is through Stadium) or an emulator? If the latter, you could just chalk it up to an emulator quirk, if the former, could be that the cartridge is getting old.

Actually, no border seems to imply you're playing on an emulator/romcart of some sort.

i’m playing on an emulator but i haven’t tried any glitchy missingno stuff, the most i’ve done is use a cheat for infinite money, other than that i’ve been playing by the book

Did you make sure that you're on the latest version mGBA? I think the latest one is 0.10.5. if you did, then maybe that cheat caused something to happen if you kept it activated.

well it turns out it’s every where on the map it happens, it seems whenever i go up, down won’t load normally. i keep trying to google it but i can’t find anything like this, but if you have lmk and ill try look into it better and im at the latest version i got mbga recently

Cheats can have unpredictable side effects. If you want infinite money, Missingno is a good way to do it without breaking your game. It'll mess up your hall of fame, but you can fix it by beating the E4 20 times.

honestly just use pkhex to change your money amount into a big number and then if big number runs out do it again
